The Community Operations Lead at AstroLabs will oversee front-of-house operations, space maintenance, and community integration at the Riyadh coworking space. This on-site role demands high-level customer service, operational excellence, and attention to detail to deliver a consistent and exceptional experience for members and guests. The position involves managing reception, handling inquiries, giving office tours, maintaining space aesthetics, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with vendors and support staff, onboarding new members, tracking usage data, and supporting internal teams. The ideal candidate will have 4â7 years of relevant experience in customer-facing operational roles such as coworking, hospitality, or serviced offices. Candidates must be proficient with CRM systems, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools, and possess strong communication skills in English, with Arabic as a plus. The role requires high independence, strong organizational ability, a service mindset, and the capacity to manage a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
