The Director of HR Technology (SAP SuccessFactors, AI & Automation) at Chalhoub Group will lead the transformation of the HR technology landscape, playing a strategic role in digital transformation initiatives across the People & Culture function. The individual will define and execute an HR technology strategy centered around SAP SuccessFactors and aligned with the enterprise digital strategy. They will oversee implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors including Core HR, Talent, Learning, Performance, and Compensation modules. The role requires strong experience with HRIS transformations, AI tools, automation platforms, and cloud-based HR solutions. It includes integrating AI and automation to optimize talent management, personalize the employee experience, and support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and internal mobility. The Director will enforce SLAs, system stability, and agile delivery models such as SAFe to ensure continuous value delivery. They will rationalize legacy HR systems and align them with compliance standards, such as GDPR and UAE data regulations. A key aspect is managing vendor relationships, including SAP and third-party providers, while maintaining governance standards and ensuring delivery excellence. The position involves close collaboration with Finance to assess ROI, cost optimization, and investment decisions. The Director will define and monitor KPIs across system adoption, ROI realization, process efficiency, and employee experience. The role also champions a design thinking approach to employee experience and promotes a culture of digital fluency across HR and IT. They will lead the HR Central PMO and HRIS teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, capability building, and succession planning. This position is instrumental in reducing operational disruptions, increasing automation-driven efficiency, and improving SLA compliance within HR systems.
