Each client's situation is unique, and numerous factors beyond our control can influence the job search process. Although we suggest that an effective job search typically takes 2-4 weeks, this is an estimate based on certain conditions and should not be considered a definitive timeline.
4. Complaints and Disputes
- Resolution Process: We value our clients' satisfaction and strive to resolve any issues promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please email us at help@professionalpyramid.com with a detailed description of the issue. If the matter cannot be resolved through email correspondence, we will arrange a phone call to discuss the issue further. Our goal is to reach an amicable resolution in a timely manner.

7. Payments and Fees
- Payment Terms: Payment in full is required at the time of service purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and secure online payment platforms. 10. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: Upon delivery, all products created by Professional Pyramid Human Resources FZE, including CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and other materials, become the property of the client. We do not retain any ownership rights over these products and will not share them with third parties.
- Modifications: You are free to modify the products as you see fit. However, we recommend that any significant changes be reviewed by our team to ensure that the modifications do not compromise the effectiveness of the materials.
11. Termination
- Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel any recurring subscriptions by contacting help@professionalpyramid.com. To avoid additional charges, cancellation requests should be submitted before the next billing cycle begins. Once a subscription is canceled, access to the associated services will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.
12. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Professional Pyramid Human Resources FZE will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or dissatisfaction with the service outcome. Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and while we strive to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific results. Clients agree to use our services at their own risk.
- Third-Party Recommendations: From time to time, we may recommend third-party tools or services to complement our offerings. We do not assume any responsibility for these third-party products and services, and clients are encouraged to review the terms and conditions of those providers separately.
13. Governing law
- Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, with specific jurisdiction in the Duqe Freezone. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Duqe Freezone.
