We’re here to enable you to land your next role in the GCC, but please take a few moments to understand what you can expect from our services.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds: Once you’ve signed up for our services, we hit the ground running, and our team starts working right away. Because of the nature of our services, and the time and effort involved, we operate on a strict no-refund policy.

3. We Don’t Guarantee Job Offers (And Here’s Why)

We promise to provide you with top-notch support, guidance, and products, but let’s be honest—no one can guarantee a job offer or even an interview. We don’t sit in the interviews for you, and we certainly can’t force a company to hire you. Here are the key reasons why job search outcomes are beyond our control:

  • Your ability to follow our instructions: We're unable to force you to follow the instructions we set out, nor do we treat our clients as if they are being babysat, we work with top-tier professionals who are searching for a real advantage on the market, and that's exactly what we provide.
  • Your competency and qualifications: Companies assess your skills, experience, commercial intellect, emotional intelligence, and fit for the role - these are not things we will be 'coaching' or 'training' you on. We are not experts in the nuances of your job, we are experts in getting you a job.
  • Language and communication skills: In almost all cases, your ability to communicate effectively is going to heavily influence the success of your job search, if you're struggling to speak, read, or write, this will be something that will impact your ability to land interviews, and will not be something we're able to resolve, or provide support with.
  • Time and effort: The more you put in, the more you’ll get out of it, simple.

We’ll give you all the tools and strategies you need, but success largely depends on your active participation. Think of us as your job search partner, not a magic wand!

4. Complaints and Disputes

We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with our services. If you encounter any issues or challenges:

  • Let’s talk it through: If necessary, we’ll arrange a follow-up call to find a solution.

Our goal is to resolve concerns promptly and professionally, but keep in mind that we cannot reverse the terms of our refund policy or guarantee specific results.

5. Business Hours

We’re available Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM (GST Dubai time).

  • Response time: We always aim to reply within 24 hours, though complex inquiries or peak periods may take a bit longer.

Rest assured, we value your time and appreciate that there's often a level of urgency to the enquires being made.

6. Services

We offer various services tailored to support your job search. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Service Descriptions: You’ll find detailed breakdowns of what’s included on our website.
  • Revisions: You can request adjustments to your CV upon delivery. However, if you’ve secured a job and want to update it with your new role, a new service will be required.
  • Timelines: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on workload or project complexity. If there are delays, we’ll keep you updated throughout.

7. Payments and Fees

  • Full Payment Upfront: Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards and secure online payment options.
  • Subscription Services: If you’re signed up for a recurring service, you’ll be billed automatically. To cancel, please email help@professionalpyramid.com before the next billing cycle starts.
  • Refund Deduction for Payment Errors: Refunds for customer payment errors will be processed minus any fees charged by our payment processor, Stripe.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and take data protection seriously:

  • Your Data, Your Control: We store your personal details securely and only use them for delivering our services.
  • No Sharing Without Permission: We won’t share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
  • Data Deletion: Want your data removed? Just email us, and we’ll handle the rest—unless legal obligations require otherwise.

9. Your Responsibilities (We’re Partners, Not Magicians!)

We’re here to guide and support you, but your active participation is essential:

  • Be Proactive: Engage with the process, follow our advice, and put in the effort needed to see results.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Double-check your details before sending them to us. Any errors in your work history or credentials could affect the quality of the services we provide.
  • Take Ownership of the Process: Our services are a complement to your efforts, not a replacement for them.

10. Intellectual Property

Once we deliver your CV or LinkedIn profile, it’s yours to keep and use as you wish:

  • Full Ownership: We won’t retain any ownership or share your documents with others.
  • Modifications: You can edit the materials, but if you make significant changes, we suggest getting us to review them to ensure effectiveness.

11. Cancellation and Termination

Once we deliver your CV or LinkedIn profile, it’s yours to keep and use as you wish:

  • Subscription Cancellations: Email us at help@professionalpyramid.com to cancel. Make sure to do so before your billing cycle ends to avoid additional charges.
  • Service Access: Once a subscription is cancelled, you’ll have access until the end of the current billing period.

12. Liability (We’ll Always Do Our Best, But…)

We’re committed to delivering high-quality services, but:

  • We cannot be held liable for missed job opportunities or dissatisfaction with job search outcomes.
  • Our role is to provide effective tools for you to conduct a successful search, but ultimately, the job search process is in your hands.

We may recommend external tools or services to enhance your job search, but we’re not responsible for the results they provide.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UAE law, with Duqe Freezone holding jurisdiction over any disputes.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these terms as needed, and any changes will be posted on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.

15. Submission of Information

To get started, please submit the required details within 30 days of purchasing our service. If we don’t receive the necessary information, we’ll proceed with what we have on hand. Revisions or updates requested after delivery may require additional services. 16. Customer Success

You'll have our ongoing support until you step foot into your next role, this means we'll support you in any way we can to advance your search, however, there are a few things we want to highlight:

  • We reserve the right to disengage the customer success element of our service if we feel it is being abused, or if we feel that communication has become unprofessional or disrespectful.
