Project Specialist

The Project Specialist at Serco, based at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), is responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical projects related to construction, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), interior fit-outs, and advanced systems integration. This role ensures projects meet all time, budget, safety, and quality constraints while supporting strategic facilities upgrades through CapEx and OpEx initiatives. The specialist will oversee installations and upgrades across systems such as HVAC, lighting, electrical infrastructure (HV/LV), UPS, BMS, FAS, SMS, and plumbing. They will interface daily with clients, align deliverables with contractual KPIs, perform compliance checks to HSE and QA/QC standards, and provide risk assessments. The role demands familiarity with software like Tririga and Maximo, and qualifications in Lean Six Sigma and facility management are highly preferred. A successful candidate will combine technical expertise with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills to ensure project excellence and continuous operational improvement.
