The Façade Project Director at NEOM leads the planning, execution, and delivery of façade packages across large-scale high-rise, commercial, and infrastructure projects. This strategic role involves end-to-end management of façade systems—from early concept design through procurement, fabrication, installation, and commissioning—ensuring alignment with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards. The director collaborates closely with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver technically sound and aesthetically aligned façades. The position demands deep expertise in façade materials such as glass, aluminium, stone, and cladding, as well as a comprehensive understanding of international codes and standards including CWCT, ASTM, and EN. The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, construction sequencing, and cross-functional coordination to maintain quality and safety benchmarks. Responsibilities span from vendor assessment and procurement strategy to construction oversight and stakeholder engagement, positioning the Director as a key authority in façade execution within NEOM’s transformative vision for future urban development.
