The role plays a strategic part in ensuring regulatory compliance across business lines, particularly under the oversight of DFSA and FSRA frameworks. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can proactively advise business leaders, design and monitor compliance frameworks, oversee AML/CFT policies, and interact effectively with auditors and regulatory authorities. The Compliance Officer will also contribute to training, risk mitigation strategies, and uphold the firmâs global standards of integrity and accountability within the region.
