The Industry Architect (AI & Data CRM) role is a strategic position within the Chief Customer Office (CCO) at Salesforce, supporting South EMEA OU leadership in growing incremental ACV through digital transformation initiatives in top accounts. This position involves owning CIO/CTO/Enterprise Architect relationships, promoting industry-specific AI+Data+CRM+Trust strategies, and crafting compelling stories that position Salesforce as the primary platform for AI and Data CRM. The role demands in-depth customer engagement, translating their business vision into scalable, secure Salesforce-based solutions. Responsibilities include designing architecture aligned with industry best practices, developing architecture blueprints, and applying knowledge of architectural patterns. The role also requires thought leadership by staying informed on industry trends, sharing best practices, and contributing to thought leadership content. Collaboration with internal Salesforce teams and customer stakeholders is essential. Candidates must have over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation, preferably with industry-specific experience and Salesforce platform knowledge. A background in consulting or client-side digital transformation, experience with cloud platforms, and TOGAF certification are valuable. Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are required.
