Within Investment Banking, our M&A team works with a broad range of clients, including corporations, institutions and governments, to provide comprehensive strategic advice, capital raising and risk management expertise. This VP role in the EMEA M&A team will focus on M&A business development and execution across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The candidate will build client relationships, lead transaction processes, manage deal teams, and work across M&A and product specialist groups, with a focus on helping clients achieve key business objectives.
