The role involves working closely with various teams including IT, administration, and outsourced groups, while also maintaining strong C-level client relationships and driving commercial opportunities. The successful candidate will transition into an Operations Manager/Product Owner role after project go-live, implementing and managing policies and business processes to ensure sustainable BAU performance.
