You will support the growth of Cognizantâs Organizational Change Management consulting business by managing and facilitating the process of change within an organization, ensuring that projects and strategic initiatives meet objectives within established timeframes. This role focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organization structures. You will develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance, and drive organizational alignment across stakeholders through various change enablement and engagement activities.
