This role requires deep expertise in SaaS or subscription-based sales, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. The consultant will manage a book of business within Abu Dhabi, leveraging strong forecasting skills to provide predictable revenue insights. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining long-lasting professional relationships. Regular use of SalesForce CRM is expected to document opportunities and activity. A key part of the role is coaching clients on product usage to ensure full adoption and ROI realization. The consultant must possess excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, and data translation skills, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the real estate industry is desirable, and an ability to navigate discussions with key decision-makers is critical. The role also demands collaboration with internal departments, negotiation of contracts, and consistent client follow-up. A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment is required, and a Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or science is mandatory.
