As Senior Manager - Capital Accounting at NEOM, you will lead a high-performance accounting team responsible for overseeing capital project accounting across the organization. The role is critical in ensuring the accurate financial tracking and capitalization of infrastructure and fixed asset projects, partnering closely with regional commercial, technical, and project management teams. You'll oversee CWIP, cost allocations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance with IFRS, and manage relationships with auditors. The role also includes ensuring ERP system integration (SAP/Oracle), supporting change management, and aligning capital accounting activities with NEOMâs large-scale development goals. This position plays a strategic and operational role in establishing world-class accounting practices in one of the largest infrastructure programs in the world.
