The Senior Analyst â FP&A (Real Estate Finance) at Al-Futtaim Group is responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring the integrity of revenue accounting across the DFC, AFRE (Residential/Commercial), and Malls sectors. The role includes completing monthly accounting closes, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring cash flow forecasting and balance sheet reconciliations are timely and substantiated. The analyst will collaborate with business units to prepare budgets, perform re-forecasting, and investigate variances. Responsibilities also include automation of reporting processes, contributing to finance improvement initiatives, and consolidating revenue reports and KPIs across multiple real estate entities. The role must ensure compliance with Al-Futtaim accounting policies and IFRS standards. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in financial and management accounting, preferably within real estate or mall accounting. Technical proficiency in SAP, BPC, YARDI, Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, and MS Office is essential. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to coach subordinates and collaborate within teams.
