Regional Sales Head (SAP Customer Experience)

The Regional Sales Head for SAP CX Middle East Africa North & South is accountable for leading SAP's Customer Experience (CX) sales strategy across a diverse and complex regional market. This executive leadership role involves managing all CX sales activities across the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on driving growth in cloud subscriptions, services, and customer acquisition. Responsibilities include adapting global CX strategies to local market dynamics, building and enabling a high-performing regional partner ecosystem, and localizing SAP solutions for sectors such as public sector, retail, energy, and telecommunications. The role requires fostering C-level relationships, serving as an executive sponsor for strategic accounts, and overseeing disciplined sales execution, forecasting, and pipeline management. The incumbent will lead talent development initiatives, coaching a diverse and multicultural sales leadership team and elevating local talent through succession planning. This position plays a pivotal role in shaping SAPâs regional strategy and influencing the broader global CX organization.
