Job description
Join Ounass as an Affiliate Executiveâdrive growth through strategic partnerships, data-led campaigns, and influencer collaborations to boost ROAS and customer acquisition across the GCC. This role is responsible for supporting and expanding our affiliate marketing strategy to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth with a strong focus on measurable performance. The Affiliate Marketing Executive will manage influencer and publisher relationships, coordinate with internal teams for alignment on goals, and utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign results in a fast-paced and innovative e-commerce environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Implement affiliate and influencer strategies across macro, micro and mid-tier partners, ensuring performance-driven campaigns that align with business goals
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the affiliate marketing space to stay ahead of the competition
- Work cross-functionally with other marketing teams to establish clear KPIs and shared success metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure performance visibility across the business from campaign planning to reporting
- Support the Affiliate Manager in managing budgets to achieve monthly KPIs and targets
- Ensure all affiliate content and promotions align with brand guidelines
- Implement and monitor tracking links across campaigns to ensure accurate attribution and performance visibility
- Manage relationships with affiliate partners across the Partnerize platform, ensuring strong collaboration and consistent performance
- Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, and influencers across GCC markets
- Utilize data and analytics to identify and source top regional partnerships
- Track and report on all campaigns to ensure clear ROAS and ongoing strategic adjustments
- Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to optimise future campaigns
- Cultivate relationships with macro, micro and mid-tier influencers and affiliate partners to ensure brand advocacy and added value
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree in Marketing
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, or performance-based account management
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through strategic partner programs
- Data-driven with strong analytical mindset and understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and analytical tools
- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
