Job description
The Corporate Finance Manager will play a key role in a dynamic M&A team working with regional and multinational clients in Dubai. This role focuses on supporting senior team members in the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions including deal origination, financial analysis, and project management. Key responsibilities involve preparing complex financial models, conducting valuations using multiple methodologies, developing pitch materials such as teasers and information memoranda, and performing historical financial analysis to identify risks and pricing implications. The manager will lead company and market research efforts for both deal execution and origination initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in investment banking or corporate finance within the GCC or mature financial markets, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

Key responsibilities
- Contribute to M&A deal generation and execution with regional and multinational clients
- Support senior team members in project management and transaction execution
- Prepare financial and valuation models for buy-side and sell-side mandates
- Develop teasers, pitch decks, information memoranda, and other marketing materials
- Review and analyze historical financials including trading results, cash flows, and balance sheets
- Identify financial risks and pricing implications from historical performance
- Oversee company and market research for deal origination and execution
- Prepare proposals and strategic analysis for potential mandates
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Finance or related field
- MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or boutique advisory firm
- Proven experience supporting M&A transactions and drafting marketing materials
- Advanced financial modeling skills and strong understanding of financial statements
- Experience conducting valuations using various methodologies
- Experience in the GCC or other mature markets
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and team collaboration
