Job description
As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist at Huda Beauty, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our affiliate programs. This involves recruiting and onboarding content creators and micro-influencers who align with our brand, managing program operations, planning campaigns, and supporting the Global Affiliate Manager. You'll focus on community building, content curation, performance analysis, and collaborative strategy executionâall while ensuring the programs reflect the brandâs identity and contribute to growth.

Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit affiliates and content creators for our programs and manage a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Oversee daily operations of affiliate programs, optimizing performance and ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Assist in planning and executing affiliate marketing campaigns that promote our products and drive engagement.
- Create and implement exclusive rewards and challenges to engage and retain affiliates and enhance brand loyalty.
- Build and maintain a robust UGC catalogue, ensuring content meets brand guidelines for use across various channels.
- Manage content calendars and provide guidance to creators.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, reconcile sales data, and prepare detailed reports.
- Work closely with the Communications, E-commerce, and Performance Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
Experience & skills
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or community management, preferably within beauty or fashion.
- Bachelorâs degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, including trends, content creation, and analytics.
- Ability to think creatively and contribute ideas to engaging campaigns that follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; native English speaker is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
