Job description
The Creative Copywriter Manager at Etihad Airways is responsible for crafting and leading innovative, world-class messaging across all brand communications. This leadership role involves developing campaigns that are strategically aligned and culturally relevant, while upholding the brandās voice across formats including digital, social, print, film, and experiential activations. The manager will partner closely with the Senior Creative Manager and cross-functional teams in design, production, and marketing. Responsibilities include mentoring a team of copywriters, refining messaging quality, ensuring tone consistency, and supporting project execution. The candidate must bring 5ā7 years of experience from top-tier creative advertising agencies and demonstrate expertise in concept creation, script writing, and content production. Experience in aviation is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Develop and evolve Etihadās tone of voice across all written communication formats
- Set and uphold high standards for copy quality across platforms and deliverables
- Create and execute innovative, insight-driven multi-channel campaign concepts
- Ensure copy consistency and clarity aligned with brand voice and messaging strategy
- Mentor and support junior copywriters to build team capabilities and creative skills
- Uphold brand voice guidelines in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
- Assist with project planning and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with business goals
- Lead by example through active contribution to day-to-day copywriting tasks and creative ideation
Experience & skills
- 5ā7 years of experience in creative copywriting in advertising agencies
- Previous experience in roles such as Senior Copywriter or Group Head (copy)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing, script writing, and campaign production
- Bachelorās degree required
- Experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required
