Job description
The Associate - Broker Management will support the management and development of Aldarās broker network, focusing on promoting Abu Dhabi and Aldar projects to both local and international brokers. This includes organizing training sessions, onboarding new broker partners, coordinating with the sales team, assisting in broker events and roadshows, and generating reports on broker performance and market opportunities. The role is key in expanding the reach and sales effectiveness of Aldarās real estate projects, ensuring strong broker engagement and strategic market penetration.

Key responsibilities
- Promote Abu Dhabi, Aldar, and Aldar Projects to Abu Dhabi brokers.
- Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects and unique selling points.
- Explore potential brokers, connect, and sign agreements to ensure continuous working relationships.
- Grow and expand the local broker database in Abu Dhabi and maintain strong relationships.
- Manage broker and agent inquiries and escalate issues to the line manager.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns, products, and rates.
- Assist in awareness/training sessions for sales staff on international sales markets.
- Identify potential international markets for penetration and report to VP ā Broker Management.
- Assist in managing broker sales events, roadshows, and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi.
- Assess challenges in market penetration and recommend solutions and promotions.
- Provide periodic reporting on brokerage function metrics.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience in real estate or with a property developer.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Knowledge of major international real estate markets.
- Knowledge of competitorsā products and USPs.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
