Job description
The Renewals Consultant at IFZA Dubai plays a crucial role in managing the license renewal process for IFZAās professional partners and licensees. This role involves proactively communicating with clients, addressing escalations, negotiating matters, maintaining up-to-date records via CRM, and conducting in-person meetings to foster strong relationships. The consultant ensures all renewals are handled with precision and in accordance with company standards, contributing to client satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
- Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewal dates in alignment with organizational timeframes
- Manage complex renewal cases escalated from the administrative team
- Negotiate with professional partners to achieve optimal outcomes
- Analyze data to identify trends and create action plans for improving partner conversion rates
- Update and monitor CRM systems to effectively manage client portfolios
- Respond to client emails and queries professionally and promptly
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to strengthen relationships
- Maintain partner relationships through reports, meetings, and training sessions
- Support the team with additional duties as assigned by management
Experience & skills
- Full proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
- Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in-person
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and proven performance history
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Industry knowledge in licensing, amendments, cancellations, or immigration is advantageous
