Job description
As a Consulting Intern at Roland Berger, you will be an integral part of the consulting team, participating in real client projects and gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment. Over a minimum of 12 weeks, you will learn the fundamentals of strategy consulting under the mentorship of an experienced consultant. The program is designed for Bachelorās and Masterās students based in Qatar and offers the opportunity to understand the firmās culture and work environment. Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time position after completion.

Key responsibilities
- Actively participate in client projects under the supervision of experienced consultants.
- Collaborate with consulting teams to analyze business problems and develop strategic solutions.
- Conduct research and contribute insights during project development.
- Engage in internal discussions and workshops to enhance team deliverables.
- Support the consulting team with data collection, structuring presentations, and documentation.
- Apply creative problem-solving techniques to client challenges.
- Adapt to various industry contexts and functional areas in support of client needs.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and application of consulting methodologies.
Experience & skills
- Excellent academic record.
- Relevant practical and international experience.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a winning personality.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Masterās degree program.
- Available for a minimum 12-week internship.
- Must be Qatar-based.
