Key responsibilities

• Drive technical sales engagements by building and delivering high-impact demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that showcase Microsoft's AI capabilities and influence solution architecture decisions
• Lead collaborative hands-on engagements such as hackathons, workshops, and code-with sessions to support the adoption of Microsoft’s developer tools, Azure AI, and cloud platforms
• Provide strategic technical guidance to enterprise AI developers and engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring secure, scalable, and responsible AI solution implementation
• Design and co-create custom AI and cloud-native applications with clients, using modern architectures including microservices, containers, serverless, and event-driven designs
• Resolve technical blockers by working closely with engineering and product teams, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmap and improvements
• Maintain in-depth knowledge and hands-on proficiency in AI Foundry, Agentic AI frameworks, Semantic Kernel, and Microsoft’s Foundry SDK to assist clients in advanced AI adoption
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align AI solution delivery with business objectives and customer success goals
• Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in AI Security, Governance, Monitoring, and Responsible AI frameworks (e.g., Sentinel, Gen AI Ops)
• Support enterprise customers in transitioning from legacy systems to modern AI-powered applications on Azure
• Champion Microsoft’s AI technologies through community engagement, technical evangelism, and speaking opportunities at events, webinars, and user groups
