Job description

As an Investment Banking Analyst at FTI Capital Advisors, you will support the origination and execution of M&A mandates and transactions across all stages—from deal origination to closing. This includes constructing detailed financial models, performing valuation analyses, preparing client presentations, conducting market and industry research, and providing critical support on strategic corporate finance assignments. The role offers exposure to international mandates and direct client interaction, supported by comprehensive training and a clearly defined career path. You will work with clients across sectors like TMT, healthcare, industrials, power, and aviation within a high-performing, global boutique investment bank backed by FTI Consulting’s global platform.
