Job description
The Senior Operations Performance Analyst will play a key role in improving supply chain operations through advanced data analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and inventory management to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs. The analyst will be responsible for developing performance metrics, conducting regular reviews, and providing strategic insights to optimize supply chain processes.

Key responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify process inefficiencies and implement best practices
- Lead projects aimed at improving supply chain performance, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the development of supply chain strategies by providing analytical support and insights
- Evaluate the impact of new initiatives on supply chain performance and recommend adjustments as needed
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and inventory management teams to align operational objectives and enhance performance
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure consistent understanding and implementation of supply chain strategies
- Identify potential risks within the supply chain and propose mitigation strategies
- Monitor compliance with supply chain policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Masterās degree is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain operations, analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and statistical analysis software
