Job description
Procore is looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the acquisition sales cycle in the Commercial and Enterprise segment. Youāll partner with the Sales Team, working with some of the largest construction companies in the MENA region, helping articulate Procoreās value proposition. You will assist prospects in understanding the best practices of project management solutions and support them from the initial sales engagement to deal closure. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role requiring experience either in sales engineering or within a project management role in the construction industry. This position is based in Procoreās Dubai office.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and close
- Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platform
- Participate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and external
- Work with the Sales team to close new business by addressing prospectsā technical challenges
- Enable new Account Executives for success and transform them into Procore experts through training and support
- Collaborate with fellow team members as well as internal/external stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Work across all levels of the organisation to develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing
Experience & skills
- Demonstrated success in the sales engineering space and/or specific construction industry expertise
- Experience working with strategic sales teams to close new business OR experience using technology in construction project management
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferable
- Ability to leverage technical aptitude to master Procoreās product offerings, services, and technologies
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both in-person and virtually
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience as a technology evangelist or modernisation advocate in the Construction industry is a plus
