Job description
ADCB is hiring an Executive Manager ā Institutional Sales in Abu Dhabi to lead institutional client engagement and drive revenue growth for the Asset Management division. This role requires a seasoned investment professional with proven experience in private banking or asset management, responsible for promoting ADCBās investment offerings, managing strategic relationships, and increasing AUM through a consultative and collaborative sales approach.

Key responsibilities
- Lead client engagement to promote ADCB Asset Management products and grow investment AUM.
- Implement sales strategy aligned with priority client segments and product goals.
- Target new client segments and drive high-margin revenue to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with CIBG RMs to identify potential clients and articulate investment offerings.
- Support awareness-building of investment capabilities within internal teams.
- Monitor and report sales performance, market feedback, and pipeline activity.
- Oversee team performance, ensuring adherence to ADCB policies and high service standards.
- Develop and manage internal stakeholder relationships to align cross-functional execution.
- Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to business planning initiatives.
- Represent Asset Management in strategic forums and client engagements.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree in Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in investment-related roles in Private Banking or Asset Management.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to drive high-level engagements.
- Sound knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and market dynamics.
- Ability to present technical financial concepts in a client-friendly manner.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and AUM targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and decision support.
