Key responsibilities

• Define, own, and drive the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle for all business applications and enterprise platforms
• Develop and refine the roadmap for ERP, property and asset management platforms, project controls tools, HR systems, and employee engagement platforms
• Lead and govern the execution of transformation programs involving enterprise applications
• Deliver high-impact projects in partnership with functional stakeholders and business analysts
• Drive simplification, automation, and modernization of legacy systems and processes
• Own and manage Level 3 operations to ensure system stability, scalability, and performance
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for key technology vendors such as Oracle and YARDI
• Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiation, performance tracking, and vendor relationships
• Implement governance frameworks for solution delivery, architectural compliance, and risk management
• Own and manage the enterprise solutions budget and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
• Report progress, financials, and benefits to leadership
• Lead and mentor a team of solution architects, technical leads, and external delivery resources
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Enterprise Architecture, and other platform teams
