Job description
As Associate Director for Blended Finance, Structured and Private Debt, you will be responsible for structuring well-priced, risk-optimized, and returns-accretive financing solutions for clients across primary credit markets. This client-facing role engages with senior stakeholders and internal teams to originate, assess, and execute structured and private debt opportunities. You'll be expected to provide thought leadership in blended finance, build diverse pipelines, and manage key relationships to support strategic business development within the Corporate and Investment Banking division.

Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client experiences across origination engagements
- Structure competitive financing solutions that meet risk standards
- Conduct valuation, financial, credit analysis, and pricing for structured deals
- Build and manage pipelines balancing short-term revenue and long-term strategic mandates
- Develop and maintain networks for identifying and expanding client opportunities
- Lead cross-functional Deals teams including Sales, Implementation, and Structuring
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Banking, Credit Trading, and Capital Markets
- Engage with senior risk and portfolio management stakeholders to validate deals
- Ensure risk-optimal and returns-accretive solutions are executed successfully
Experience & skills
- Uses business acumen, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of debt origination and structured finance
- Experience in partnership and relationship management
- Proficient in financial modeling and financial analysis
- Expertise in lean underwriting and pricing strategies
- Solid background in markets and transaction banking products
- Strong mathematical and quantitative skills
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
- Experience building cross-functional deal teams and pipelines
