Job description
Infosys is seeking IFS Cloud ERP Functional Consultants/Architects with strong hands-on experience in IFS Cloud ERP implementation, preferably for clients in shipbuilding. The role involves designing, developing, and testing complex IFS ERP/EAM solutions, including customizations and extensions across various modules. Candidates should interact with customer process consultants and SMEs to analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and support cloud transformation. The role also covers requirement gathering, functional design, application configuration, testing, training, and deployment support, with direct engagement in client environments and stakeholder management.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Working experience in IFS Cloud Functional Implementation as a Functional Consultant or Architect.
- Act as IFS Functional consultant in any of the functional modules listed (Projects/Finance/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Asset Management).
- Experience in configuring custom pages, entities, attributes, events, lobbies, reports, workflows and permissions according to presales specifications.
- Transform and load customer data.
- Apply good knowledge of IFS ERP Cloud/Apps10 and experience in IFS Implementation methodology.
- Gather requirements from customers and perform solution mapping in the IFS application.
- Utilize domain knowledge in one or more of Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Defense, or MRO industry verticals.
- Drive solution design and participate in the design, prototype, and test phases of IFS implementation programs.
- Perform requirement gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and user testing support.
- Manage client stakeholders and deliver work on client environments.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IFS Functional modules implementing large or medium sized projects.
- Candidate must be located in Dubai.
- Experience as IFS Functional Consultant in Projects/Finance/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Asset Management modules.
- Strong domain knowledge in Discrete/Process Manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Defense, or MRO industries.
- Experience with IFS ERP Cloud and Apps10 platforms.
- Knowledge of IFS Implementation methodology.
- Proficiency in configuration of custom pages, entities, events, lobbies, and permissions.
- Ability to gather business requirements and map them to IFS solutions.
- Experience in data transformation and loading in ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and mentoring capabilities.
