Job description
The Business Consultant - Abu Dhabi at Property Finder plays a pivotal role in growing and retaining the companyâs customer base through consultative sales and strategic relationship management. Operating within the proptech space, the consultant is responsible for upselling, cross-selling, and renewing subscriptions for Property Finderâs suite of technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions. This role requires deep expertise in SaaS or subscription-based sales, and a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets. The consultant will manage a book of business within Abu Dhabi, leveraging strong forecasting skills to provide predictable revenue insights. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining long-lasting professional relationships. Regular use of SalesForce CRM is expected to document opportunities and activity. A key part of the role is coaching clients on product usage to ensure full adoption and ROI realization. The consultant must possess excellent communication, presentation, public speaking, and data translation skills, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of the real estate industry is desirable, and an ability to navigate discussions with key decision-makers is critical. The role also demands collaboration with internal departments, negotiation of contracts, and consistent client follow-up. A minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience in a SaaS or subscription environment is required, and a Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or science is mandatory. - Sell, cross-sell, and upsell technology-enabled advertising and property listing solutions to real estate brokerages
- Assess client requirements and propose solutions using a consultative selling approach
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and revenue with high predictability
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent support and consultation
- Coach, educate, and motivate clients on Property Finderâs products and services to drive usage and satisfaction
- Monitor client utilization and identify opportunities to expand service usage
- Record opportunities and activities using SalesForce CRM on a weekly basis
- Prepare business reports and ROI analyses to support decision-making
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize mutual benefits
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely response to client requests
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer account management and escalations
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or Science
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a SaaS or Subscription environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and predictable forecasting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for client data interpretation and ROI maximization
- Excellent customer service mindset with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
