About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to join our South Asia marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, and you should have a well-versed understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media marketing plans, campaigns and overall strategy to increase Binance's brand awareness and share of voice.Â
- Oversee Binance's social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, public relations, and product teams to develop local narratives for social media and performance marketing purposes.
- Analyze social media metrics and report on performance and trends.
- Support Regional Paid Ads Strategy by increasing local relevance for campaigns by localizing and suggesting more culturally relevant ad content.
- Monitor and report on ad performance using analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Appannie, and Similarweb. Strong analytical skills are required.
- Develop and implement content strategies to drive traffic and engagement across various platforms (blogs, social media, websites, etc.).
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive content creation, content marketing and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Optimize content for ASO & SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all content.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media management and performance marketing. Experience in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus.
- Experience developing social media strategies & proven ability to build a social media community.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, analytics and online customer acquisition.
- Must be a fluent English & preferably a Hindi or Tamil speaker.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
