About the role

We're looking for an engaged and proactive Business Development and Partnerships Manager for our KSA office to drive strategic growth by building and expanding a successful Channel Partner Program. You will lead the full sales cycle, engage with key clients and partners, and generate reliable enterprise leads to support the growth of businesses in Saudi Arabia. Your efforts will directly contribute to both the revenue expansion and the seamless delivery of tailored solutions to our clients in this dynamic, fast-paced market.

Responsibilities
  • Build out a Channel Partner Program to generate a consistent, reliable stream of enterprise leads, referrals and deals for the firm
  • Manage all leads and conduct meetings in person and online with potential clients to understand their needs and present them with tailored proposals to support the expansion and growth of their companies in Saudi Arabia
  • Sign up Partners to meet business and strategic goals including lead referral and service provision for the AstroLabs client network
  • Engage in cold outbound outreach to prospective clients - independently lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to outreach to conversion
  • Identify target companies, sectors and countries for most efficient and strategic lead generation
  • Engage with companies looking to expand and grow their business in KSA. Understand what their needs / challenges are and advise accordingly
  • Develop strategic plans for business and revenue growth
  • Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives
  • Attend conferences, industry events and networking opportunities
  • Plan and host online and offline enterprise client activation events 
  • Assess and prepare all required documentation and ensure a seamless transition for the client from the sales process to the account management.
  • Maintain the CRM and all internal systems updated, ensuring all client data is accurately captured, tracked, and updated regularly
  • Oversee cash collection for the initial invoice, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing to feed back on successful positioning and messaging
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reflecting potential sales and client commitments. Prepare and present regular sales reports
  • Ability to drive referrals from client portfolio
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B business development and sales experience in KSA 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Experience driving B2B sales in corporate services companies (Law firms, tax and accounting firms, entity formation and management, financial institutions, HR consulting, government relations consulting)
  • Proven track record in closing enterprise sales deals in KSA; ability to demonstrate impact through numbers
  • Sales and partnerships experience in an outcome-driven, KPI-focused environment. 
  • Experience in driving sales through cold outreach
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to own projects from start to finish; meticulous, organized, highly skilled at prioritization and resilient
  • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities - including industry and market trends, potential customers, partnerships, additional products and services, etc.
  • Strategic enough to build out longer-term business development initiatives, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis in closing deals on a recurrent basis
