About the role

We're seeking experienced real estate professionals in Dubai to join our award winning Sales and Leasing teams. At haus & haus we focus on long term client relationships and outstanding customer service, while supporting our agents through strong management, administration, and marketing teams – ensuring they have the insights, leads, and opportunities to thrive and succeed in their role.

Responsibilities

Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
Conduct market appraisals for listings
List properties on our CRM system Reapit
Qualify clients and arrange viewings
Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
Keep record of properties, clients, and owners
Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency

Requirements

Demonstrated success in UK real estate
A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach
