About the role

The Contractor Management Outsourcing (CMO) team is responsible for the business development, growth and management of Hays' payroll outsourcing services in the Middle East. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery, retention and growth of Hays’ payroll outsourcing business within existing accounts. You will play a leading role in the overall relationship with clients, determining strategy, developing key relationships and responsibility for delivering to budget. This role will work closely with the CMO BD Manager and the Onboarding & Operations team along with finance plus external partners, to ensure that our payroll contractors and clients have a “best in market” experience working with Hays. Additionally, you will realise opportunities to grow and maximise payroll outsourcing business within these client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve annual CMO revenue budget through maintaining and growing payroll portfolio within existing accounts
  • Act as main point of contact for CMO accounts; provide an operational day to day point of contact for the client and be first line escalation point of any issues
  • Payroller management; liaising with client and Hays internal team and third party providers
  • Determine and realise the full opportunity for CMO within existing client accounts through ongoing sales/business development
  • Reporting internally and to client against defined metrics, providing input into the ongoing strategic direction
Requirements
  • We are seeking a motivated professional with experience in account management within the Middle East recruitment sector, preferably in contracting and payroll outsourcing.
  • You should be a strong communicator, English language skills are mandatory and Arabic language skills are a big plus.
