About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager – Commercial Cash Services to join our Cash Services Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. Scope: responsible for driving growth across our products/solutions portfolio within Cash Services. Key part of this role is focused on business development, with a deep understanding of banking products and solutions. This role is accountable for identifying and securing new business opportunities across a broad range of target clients, including large corporates, SMEs, retailers, and government entities.

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking and converting leads into paying customers to ensure steady revenue generation.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
  • Generate and qualify leads and convert them into profitable contracts and deals to increase revenue streams.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional services/products to existing clients, increasing the average revenue per customer.
  • Update and ensure timely review of achievements to track the assigned revenue targets.
  • Identify cost savings opportunities during the phase of acquiring new business.
  • Focused on acquiring clients for the newly launched product to drive rapid revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide regular reports to senior management on progress and results.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and expand the market presence of the company.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within target clients such as large corporates, SMEs, retailers, and government entities to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product development, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and to address customer needs effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback post-sale to understand satisfaction levels and to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery and product offerings.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of cash management products and tailor solutions to meet the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.

  • Ensure timely submission of the monthly rate card to the billing department for invoice generation.
  • Track contracts signoff and ensure they are signed off within the required timelines.

  • Develop creative and effective strategies for attracting new clients, using digital marketing, personalized outreach, or data-driven targeting to increase customer base.
  • Introduce new sales methodologies or negotiation strategies that improve conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and increase profitability.
  • Identify untapped markets or niche segments, both geographically and demographically, to drive growth in new areas or industries.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development and sales within the Banking, Fintech, or related industry in UAE.
  • Client Focused: Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence decision-makers at large corporates, SMEs, retailers, and government entities.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional skills in prospecting, negotiating, closing deals, and managing a sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies to grow business and penetrate new markets effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • UAE Driving License: Mandatory
