About the role

As a Marketing Strategy & Planning (MS&P) Manager in P&G, you will build value through brand volume, net sales, share growth, winning sales and brand fundamentals, efficient media spending and developing Category Brand Building and MS&P Capability for the Region. If this sounds exciting, read on!

  • Demonstrate ability to manage P&L statements, analyze financial data and develop strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.

  • Effective execution of strategies, strong cross-functional teamwork and measurable improvements in product transparency, availability and customer satisfaction. 
  • Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Extract and analyze distribution and sales report from various sources to advise actionable market strategies. Analyze POS and Nielsen data, identify key opportunities and set clear next steps with the sales team.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies including product pricing, new product launches and promotional activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Product Supply to ensure flawless execution of market strategies.
  • Retail Execution: Design and deliver outstanding retail presence through projects linked to -in-store fundamentals and sales.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress of Initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and identifying areas for improvements.
  • Develop and align APAC and Channel Strategy consistent with regional channel strategy.
  • Submit country pipeline volume forecast.
  • Track and report result versus booklet goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with an excellent academic background.
  • At least 5 years of Sales or Trade Marketing experience, preferably in Key Account Management, Category Management, Channel Management, and In-store Activation.
  • Born leaders and are passionate to make things happen.
  • Have strong analytical thinking and skills, and a fast learner of internal processes.
  • Ability to work as one team.
  • Good command of English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
