About the role

Take charge on all core business development activities for Enterprise clients and support lead in all major business development decisions. Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new Enterprise customers

Responsibilities
  • Define and manage execution of the strategy to achieve growth objectives by developing business in the new segments, verticals for the Enterprise unit. 
  • Lead the business development of the firm for the identification of new prospects or business development opportunities for the Enterprise unit
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities with Enterprise clients
  • Assist in developing business plans, business models, project budgets and scope of work, for all new/existing opportunities with Enterprise clients
  • Inform Business Development Lead on new product features to be developed to meet current and future business needs.
  • Identify and qualify new Enterprise customers based on Etisalat’s business model and guidelines and based on new trends
  • Assist in achieving targeted revenues from current and new Enterprise customers
  • Ensure that all business development activities related to Enterprise entities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal team across departments to implement growth strategies
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines while ensuring quality 
  • Spearhead business development activities for Enterprise clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills with the ability 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Originate solution ideas and opportunities specific to the verticals within Enterprise segment
  • Conduct research to identify new customer needs and coordinate with Lead to direct potential client engagement to the correct team 
  • Understand the key drivers to stimulate market demand & draft compelling sales proposals to meet customer needs
  • Ensure trustworthy feedback and after-sales support is provided for all clients 
  • Participate in RFI, RFQ and RFP of Enterprise customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration / engineering
  • Master’s degree in, Business Administration/ MBA
  • 7+ years of experience in business development
