About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Key Account Manager who will focus on the Education sector (Private and Government) and enhance sales. The Key Account Manager will also market and demonstrate our interactive products and create awareness in schools and colleges across the GCC region.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inquiries and requests from Education customers and address their needs, and propose the required solution
- Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
- Prepare demand planning for the models and quantities required for the coming set of months & quarters for Education sector, and revise these demand regularly.
- Meet regularly with the team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business and expand education sales.
- Generate reports for management as requested as well as prepare strategies to improve the sales.
- Partner with top solution providers and specialized system integrators in the Education market within GCC category and reflect that into higher sales amounts.
- Improve market share by expand the sales to the maximum, through different bundles, channel expansion and reaching new areas or markets which was untapped before within SGE territory
- Having an awareness on competitors’ products and their market share.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years’ Professional experience in B2B sales and account management role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge in GCC Education sector with proven record
- Strong access and reach to ministries of Education across GCC countries, as well as top educational groups within the region.
- Good relation with Education channel such as solution providers and System Integrators.
