About the role
KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Senior Digital Interface Engineer for a PMC Offshore project to be based in Abu Dhabi Client office. The Client is undergoing a substantial transformation with notable changes in technology, the emergence on Artificial Intelligence and the growing adoption of autonomous operations. The new project requirements remains aligned with the progression in industry standards, pioneering in technology and digital era.
Responsibilities
- The Senior Digital Interface Engineer will lead the execution and implementation of Smart Fields, digitization, and autonomous operations technologies, ensuring seamless integration across exploration, drilling, field development, and production domains. This role will provide technical expertise and act as a key interface between various operational teams, stakeholders, and technology providers to ensure the successful deployment of advanced digital solutions and autonomous The Engineer will also be responsible for supporting AlP5 projects, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiency through cutting-edge technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 10 -12 years of experience; including atleast experience in Engineering/ Geology/ Petro- Physics/ Drilling requirements.
- Extensive experience in the Exploration and Production ( E&P) Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of technical Software applications & workflows.
- Proficient communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
