About the role

As a Solutions Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success. Your expertise in managing key accounts and building strong relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the company. You will report directly to our High Growth Region Solutions Sales Manager and you’ll work out of our Dubai, United Arab Emirates location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell Industrial Automation by managing and growing key accounts, driving revenue growth, and providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and contribute to the continuous growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to position and sell both our Voice Automated Solutions and our adjacent Software Solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Be a part of the overall account team serving as the Subject Matter Expert fo our Voice and Software assets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of positioning and selling SaaS solutions
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience aligning the value propositions of SaaS solutions to customer pain points
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
