About the role

To manage end-to-end, from conceptualization and execution to monitoring and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive credit card acquisition, usage, and retention.
  • Design campaign mechanics, including offers, discounts, cashback, rewards, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Analytics, and Product teams) to ensure campaign objectives align with business goals.
  • Work with creative and media agencies to design promotional materials for digital, print, and on-ground channels.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion, ROI).
  • Fulfillment Coordination
  • Oversee the delivery of campaign promises (e.g., cashback, gifts, rewards) to customers.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment processes, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop a robust system to track fulfillment SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to handle queries and escalations related to campaign offers.
  • Analysis and Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools and analytics platforms.
  • Create post-campaign reports detailing outcomes, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Analyze customer behavior to refine segmentation strategies and enhance campaign relevance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Coordinate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all campaigns meet regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with IT teams to implement and test campaign-related systems and APIs.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor campaigns.
  • Propose innovative campaign ideas and fulfillment strategies to differentiate the credit card offering.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of credit card products and payment systems.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns, project management, and vendor management.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign analytics and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in campaign management tools and CRM platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5-7 years of experience in credit card marketing or campaign management.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations in campaign execution and fulfillment.
