Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT governance frameworks that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize IT-related risks, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Ensure IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies through regular audits and assessments.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance IT governance practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on IT governance, risk management, and compliance activities to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for improving IT governance and compliance processes, implementing best practices, and staying updated on emerging trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required.
- 8+ Years of experience in focusing on IT & Cybersecurity: governance, risk management, and compliance. Proven Track Record.
- In-depth understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in IT governance and risk management.
- Ability to develop and implement long-term IT governance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT risks to ensure secure and compliant operations.
- In-depth understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting IT governance and compliance.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate IT teams, fostering a culture of governance and compliance.
